Delivery Policy

Sage Cannabis offers delivery to eligible addresses within its designated Ontario delivery area. Delivery availability and estimated timeframes will be confirmed during checkout.

Customers must be at least 19 years old to place and receive an order. Valid government-issued photo identification is required at delivery.

Orders cannot be left unattended or delivered to anyone under 19. A person aged 19 or older may accept the delivery only if they can provide valid identification and meet all applicable delivery requirements.

If no eligible recipient is available, identification cannot be verified, or the delivery cannot be completed legally, the order will be returned to Sage Cannabis. Additional delivery fees may apply if redelivery is requested.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, order volume, or other circumstances.
